Mr & Mrs Smith approached us with requirements for a larger modern kitchen area that can ultimately be used as an efficient kitchen workspace but also double up as a family hub where they can socialise and spend quality time with friends and family.

During the housing boom most properties where built with a separate dining room as it was seen as more desirable on a floorplan however the reality is they are only big enough for a 4 seater table at best and usually limit light and the natural flow of a ground floor area, which was the case in Mrs & Mrs Smiths home.

To resolve this we suggested to remove the dividing wall and remodel the layout to suit there needs.

After a number of 3D designs and visits from Keiron we organised various door and worktop samples giving them the freedom and flexibility to choose a theme that worked best for them and their personal taste. Once they were happy with there choice we then looked further in to flooring and wall finishes.

Once all choices where made and Mrs & Mrs Smith where set on their theme we started the project. Whilst onsite and working on the original project we was asked by Mrs & Mrs Smith to carry out additional work extending the flooring into the lounge and completed a downstairs WC.

The project was completed and we have another glowing review.

Although renovating on average a 70% area of your entire ground floor in your home is meant to be an exciting process and you are eagerly awaiting the end result we understand it can also be a stressful time and as result we are mindful of this and ensure we are clean, tidy, punctual and working a quickly as we can to the best of our ability without compromising quality by cutting corners and in doing this we manage to reduce that overall stress felt by our clients and keep them excited, engaged and eager for the final result and we feel judging by our testimonial from Mrs & Mrs Smith we did jus that.
