At Keiron Perry By Design we manage the entire process from design, supply, install and management of all aspects of your project and it all starts with a simple conversation with yourself about what you are looking to achieve, your likes, dislikes, budget, space and deadline.

From our initial conversation we can draw up floorplans of your existing space. We then sit with you and discuss your preferred specification of colour options, door styles, cabinet colours, handle styles and more.

Once your initial choices have been made we combine that with your floorplan sketches to produce carefully designed high quality three dimensional computer generated designs that enable you to envisage exactly how your kitchen will look in exactly the same layout, size and orientation as it would be in your property. We can even add in specific colours and tiles on the walls and floors so you can see how the competed project will look before we even start. This process also enables you the flexibility to change your mind on your preferred specification and see different options and styles.

Supplied with our free three dimensional designs is a completely transparent and detailed quotation so you know exactly how much your project will cost from start to finish without any hidden costs or extras.

If your designs and costs match your preference and budget, we will take a deposit and work can commence. All our staff are punctual, polite and more importantly extremely professional, we take pride in our work and ensure our work environment is kept as clean as possible to limit any disruption to your property.

Small adjustments can sometimes make the biggest of differences, helping the Client feel safe, whilst enjoying their home. These could be simple changes such as adding anti slip flooring or anti slip shower trays, grab rails and support aids to help movement easily around a room.
We specialise in designing spaces that promote independence and easy living, helping you remove barriers to bathing without compromising on style.
Our specialist designers can talk to you about the variety of options available including but not limited to; comfort height or wall mounted toilets and basins, the positioning of baths and showers to get the most out of your room, adding a low profile shower tray or creating a walk in wet room.
Lighting is a particular feature that can be overlooked when re-designing a bathroom. With the re-adjustment of light switch height/location and ability to change the brightness of a room easily can have a significant impact on a room’s usability and safety.
